TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING:
To secure your booking, a deposit is required, which regrettably is non-refundable. Please note that refunds are not applicable for personal circumstances such as illness, transportation issues, or changes of mind. The deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee in such instances.

In the event that circumstances prevent us from delivering the service as scheduled, whether due to time constraints or the condition of your hair, the deposit will be retained as part of the booking fee. We strongly advise reaching out to us via call or message before finalizing your appointment to address any uncertainties. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide clarity and assistance regarding any concerns you may have.

If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled booking, we offer the option to reschedule provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given. You can conveniently reschedule your appointment online within the same timeframe. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your booking to another individual.
It's important to note that in cases of a no-show or rescheduling/cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Should you wish to rebook your appointment, a new deposit will be required.

LATE ARRIVAL:
We kindly request your punctuality for your scheduled appointment at Korea Salon. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, our bookings are scheduled consecutively with all our designers. In the event of lateness, it affects subsequent customers' appointments. Therefore, we have a 10-minute grace period policy.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, regrettably, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. We value and respect the time of all our customers, aiming to provide an excellent experience for everyone.

RESCHEDULE:
If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled booking, we offer the convenience of rescheduling your appointment online with at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that we exclusively accept rescheduling through our online platform. Moreover, you have the option to transfer your booking to another individual.

CANCELLATION:
Given the specific nature of our operations, we maintain a stringent cancellation policy. As a client purchasing our Products or Services, you acknowledge and consent to adhere to our cancellation policy as binding.
Should you fail to attend your appointment at the scheduled time without providing at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, your deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee. A subsequent appointment will necessitate the submission of a new deposit.
Please note that appointments will be automatically cancelled if you arrive more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time, with the deposit processed as a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and uphold the quality of service for all our clients. Your cooperation and understanding are sincerely appreciated.

ALLERGY:
By engaging with Korea Salon's services, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that the directors and employees of Korea Salon are indemnified and not held liable for any losses or damages incurred due to allergic reactions resulting from our Products or services. However, this waiver does not extend to situations where such allergic reactions are directly caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.
Your understanding of this provision is vital, as it safeguards both parties and ensures a transparent understanding of liability concerning allergic reactions. We prioritize your safety and well-being and strive to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
PRICES and PAYMENT:
All prices listed in our clinics and on our website are in Australian dollars and are non-inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable).
The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advance notice. However, the service shall be charged at the rate of purchase date.

BREACH & TERMINATION:
Should we determine, at our discretion, that you have violated any terms outlined in this Agreement, we reserve the right to issue a warning, suspend, or permanently revoke your access to our clinic or any sections of our website. Moreover, we retain the authority to terminate this agreement and your access to our website at our discretion and without prior notification, regardless of the reason.
